If you go out on
the streets of Phnom Penh in the late afternoon or in the evening, you will see
places like this.
Sidewalks along
many streets have increasingly become eateries.
I have talked to
a middle-aged lady who sells frying noodles, meat balls on a sidewalk near the
ministry of rural development.
She asked me
what I took this video for. She said she hoped that the video would not cause
her to lose her business.
